About the Instructor…

Charline Mason, GRI, has been a REALTOR® and an Appraiser

in the Exeter area since 1976. A member of the Real Estate Educators

Association (REEA), Charline has been a professional trainer and

educator throughout New England for 20 years. In 1990, Charline formed

CMSU, Charline Mason SEMINARS UNLIMITED, a school specializing

in pre-licensing and post licensing real estate courses. Charline is a

member of both the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® (NHAR)

and the Seacoast Board of REALTORS® (SBR) where she has been active

on numerous committees over the years. Besides being familiar with

Charline from pre-licensing, new agent training and recertification courses,

licensees are also familiar with Charline, from her presentations such as

the “Success Series” and Executive Series” Seminars as well as her role

as a GRI instructor for NHAR and Tri-State. Charline has spoken at NHAR

Conventions and Educational Festivals and Conferences throughout New

England. Charline has been a facilitator for groups and organizations in

development of strategic plans and goals. In addition to her school schedule

of Pre-licensing and Post–licensing Real Estate Courses, she has taught real

estate classes for the University of New Hampshire and conducted

REALTOR® Orientation and Code of Ethics Seminars on a monthly

basis for a number of years for NHAR and monthly recertification courses

along with quarterly orientation classes for the SBR. Since forming CMSU

and having a full time teaching schedule, Charline no longer works

for buyer and seller clients nor does property valuations, but does still

work for and with friends and family members to keep herself current

on what agents go through on a daily basis.
